Banner anyone can make! Tassel Banners are very simple to construct but can
add some flare anywhere around the house.

Go straight black for a scarier look to your tassel banner or mix and
match with purple, orange, lime green and black to fit the theme of your choice.
Simply take the loop of each individual tassel and with the preferred length of
your rayon cord, go through the loop of the tassels until you have the select number
of tassels for your banner. Take it a step further and cut out letters to place
on top of your tassels. Spell out “HAPPY HALLOWEEN,” “HOCUS POCUS” or anything
that matches your theme.
Now that your banner is complete, where do you hang it? Any
where it can fit! Fill a wall space, tape it to the edge of your finger food
table, or hang it over a doorway. No matter where you choose, you will
definitely wow your guests, so be prepared for all those compliments you will
