They finish 7.5" with plenty of stretch. As long as the the stock of the program is heavy, it can work. If it is not, then it will be too tight.

Great question. Our sizes are for the length of the loop only.
Please order Elastics the next size shorter than your binding edge. For example: If your binding is 8-1/2" order 8". If your binding is 11" order 10" Thank you
