How To Order

Ordering from Tassel Depot is quite Simple and Easy

Please note that our online store is hosted and processed by Yahoo. It is the most secure environment available.

Step 1 View left navigation column on Tassel Depot website.

Step 2 Choose product category and click on that category.

Step 3 Scroll down to item and click on item.

Step 4 Scroll down to color and click on the drop down arrow.

Step 5 Click on Color (and any options).

Step 6 Click on Order.

Step 7 Click on Quantity and update if necessary. (If your order is complete go to step 8, if not click on Keep Shopping.)

Step 8 Click on Checkout

Step 9 Enter your Shipping Address.

Step 10 Click on Shipping drop down arrow and select the shipping method of your choice and click on apply. (Please note that we ship from Deerfield Beach which is in Southeastern Florida.)

Step 11 Enter a Coupon Code if you have one and click on apply and then continue.

Step 12 Click on Same as Shipping Address or enter your billing address if different from shipping address.

Step 13 Click on Payment Method either Credit Card or PayPal.

Step 14 If paying by Credit Card, enter your Credit Card information.

Step 15 Enter your Email Address and any comments.

Step 16 Click on Continue.

Step 17 Review Payment and Shipping information.

Step 18 Click on Send Order

You will receive an email from the online Yahoo system that your order has been received. It will have an order number in the format of tasseldepot-12345. If you do not receive this, your order has not been received by the system.

You will then receive an email directly from us which will have Order Acknowledgement in the subject. The body of the email will tell you when we will ship your order and the attachment will be a copy of your order. Please review this for accuracy. If you notice any problems, please email or call us immediately so we may make the correction. You will most likely only receive your order acknowledgment during normal business hours, Monday through Friday.

Once we have shipped your order you will receive another email which will have "Tassel Depot - Hofmann & Leavy, Inc. - Invoice# 5001234" in the subject. The PDF attachment will be your invoice and which also has the tracking number for your package on it.
