Terms & Conditions

All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) or Priority Mail from the U.S. Postal Service. All orders will be paid by Credit Card ( Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express), Paypal or Prepaid. Freight charges are additional.

Florida & California Residents: We are required to collect Sales Tax on your order. If this order is for resale, please advise us in the comments section on the Billing Information page. You must Fax (954-698-0009) or Email (info@tasseldepot.com) us your appropriate resale certificate. Upon receipt of valid documentation after your order is placed, we will change your order to tax exempt status.

Florida residents: Form # DR13 or DR14 is required.

California residents: A valid certificate to meet California Regulation 1699. This system will only calculate the State 7-1/4% tax. If you are subject to additional local taxes, those will be calculated and included on your invoice upon shipping.

Bundles or Bags can not be broken. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted without prior authorization. Open bundles or bags are not returnable or exchangeable. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus freight.

If your address is rated as Residential by UPS and you do not select the Residential Option, we will add the UPS residental surcharge of $2.50 to your invoice!!

Please note that many of our tassels are Hand Assembled in Jamaica of U.S.A. Goods.
