Terms & ConditionsAll orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) or Priority Mail from the U.S. Postal Service. All orders will be paid by Credit Card ( Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express), Paypal or Prepaid. Freight charges are additional. Florida Residents: We are required to collect Sales Tax on your order. If this order is for resale, please advise us in the comments section on the Billing Information page. You must Fax (954-698-0009) or Email (info@tasseldepot.com) us your appropriate resale certificate. Upon receipt of valid documentation after your order is placed, we will change your order to tax exempt status. Form # DR13 or DR14 is required. Returns: Bundles or Bags can not be broken. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted without prior authorization. Open bundles or bags are not returnable or exchangeable. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus freight. No Returns or Exchanges accepted after 60 days from date of order. GRADUATION ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE DUE TO THEIR SEASONAL NATURE. Shipping: If your address is rated as Residential by UPS and you do not select the Residential Option, we will add the UPS residental surcharge of $3.50 to your invoice!! UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box. A street address is required on all UPS shipments. Please confirm that you have entered the correct address. Should you enter an incorrect address or a P.O.Box on a UPS shipment, there will be a $20.00 charge for address correction which will be billed at a later date. Delivery Policy: Tassel Depot shall not be liable for any delayed delivery due to causes beyond Tassel Depot’s control, including, but not limited to: the weather, insufficient or incorrect information provided by a customer, the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment, acts of God, natural disasters, and any other carrier problems.
